"International Society of Disabled People" Public Union (ISC PU) was founded in 2008 and was officially registered with the Ministry of Justice on June 30, 2010 with registration number 1110-Q32-2863. BEC covers the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main purpose of the Union's activities is to establish mutual cooperation relations with local, international and foreign organizations to strengthen the social protection of people with disabilities of all categories. BAC PU implements public control over the implementation of the laws issued by the state on people with disabilities in every field, deals with the protection of the rights of all categories of people with disabilities, refugees and internally displaced persons, prisoners with disabilities and family members, as well as solving social and medical problems, as appropriate. also acts as a public advocate, provides them with psychological assistance, legal and social services, organizes their cultural recreation, helps them receive education and treatment, and publicizes their socio-economic problems. In addition, BEC UB conducts monitoring dedicated to the protection of the rights of people with disabilities and their problems, holds round tables and meetings on various topics, organizes exhibitions of handiwork of talented people with disabilities, cultural and mass events, concerts and various projects in these directions. realize.

In accordance with its charter, the Public Union shall carry out educational activities provided for in the state program in order to prevent the participation of people with disabilities in terrorist activities by individual extremist groups, as well as the involvement of women with disabilities in public problems (human trafficking, transporters of narcotic drugs, illegal circulation of psychotropic drugs). can

The Union cannot engage in politics and commercial activities. PU can operate due to the collected membership fee, financial support of philanthropists, businessmen, and projects implemented through donors.

Everyone can become a member of PU, which is based on tolerance in its activities, regardless of religion, race and nationality.

"International Society of Disabled People" Public Union may establish branches and representative offices in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and abroad.
