We met teacher Mehman at the beginning of our mutual cooperation with the Penitentiary Service. Later, this cooperation turned into eternal friendship and brotherhood. Every day, we used to say hello to the guest through WhatsApp, and we kept in touch with each other. 1 day ago, I wrote to Mehman again on WhatsApp, but unfortunately I did not receive an answer. I thought he must be busy. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read the photo of teacher Mehman and the words "Mehman Sadigov has passed away" on the social network. I was very shocked and excited. I can't believe your absence, teacher Mehman, you were a wonderful intellectual, a person like a person, a friend like a real friend, a brother like a brother, a loyal person. I have seen the death of hundreds of people and participated in their ceremonies. But your death really burned me.
