On February 23, Tahir Khudiyev, Chairman of the "International Society of Disabled People" PU (ISC PU), Dilsuz Ismayilov, a member of the Council of Elders of the "International Society of Disabled People" PU, and Elmar Mammadov, the chairman of the "Azerbaijan-Ukraine" International Alliance, met at the Azerbaijan Writers' Union (AUB). met with the writer, the First Secretary of the International Disability Society and the Deputy Chairman of the "International Disabled Society" Chingiz Abdullayev, and discussed the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, which is considered the greatest tragedy of the 20th century. By causing the tragedy of Khojaly, the Armenians wanted to break the will of our people to fight and force them to come to terms with the occupation of a part of our historical lands, but the 44-day struggle for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our people, which ended with the victory of our victorious army under the leadership of Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, demonstrated what unity is. They expressed their words with their heroism and steadfastness in the Patriotic War.
