During the project, in order to perpetuate the names and memories of our sons who lived in Tartar district and Nizami district of Baku city and were heroically martyred in the battles of the 44-day Patriotic War, in addition to publishing a book with the aim of perpetuating and perpetuating the memories of our veterans who received the degree of disability, in accordance with the purpose and purpose of the Public Union, in addition to publishing a book and solving the problems of other privileged persons, if necessary, will also deal with the protection of their rights. It should also be noted that since 2011, the BAC IB has been dealing with solving the social and medical problems of prisoners with disabilities themselves and their family members.

During the implementation of this project, Zakir Musayev, the father of Sadiq Musayev, a disabled person of the 2nd group, who is currently serving a sentence in the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, and an internally displaced person, a veteran of the Karabakh war, repeatedly applied to the BEC PU. He said that he is a disabled person of the 1st group, and his wife is an elderly housewife. In order to protect his son Sadiq Musayev, the prisoner, the BAC asked the relevant state organizations to apply.

Taking into account the situation and request of the parents of Sadiq Musayev, the disabled prisoner of the 2nd group, the Public Union has appealed to the relevant organizations for his release.
