With the financial support of the State Support Agency for NGOs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "Organization of medical, legal and psychological services for citizens belonging to vulnerable social groups" project, "International Society of Disabled People" PU (IPC PU) is the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan for people with disabilities of all categories. studies the medical, social, legal and psychological problems of disabled persons and fighters, families of martyrs and families of National Heroes, internally displaced persons, as well as prisoners with disabilities and their family members, conducts work towards solving them, provides psychological services to them, as well as educating them They are also presented with the "Information Book for Privileged Persons" published for the purpose of awareness during the project.

During the implementation of the project, the family members of Huseyn Ismayilov, a veteran of the Karabakh war and an internally displaced person, applied to the BEC PU and said that he has been suffering from heart disease for many years. Currently, he is bedridden, his health is very serious, and he needs a special device to correct his heart rhythm on the advice of a doctor. Huseyn Ismayilov was treated many times at the "Baku Health" clinic. This device is placed only in private clinics. Huseyn Ismayilov's family did not have financial means, so they asked the BEC to help with this operation.

BEC applied to the relevant Ministry of Health and MEDIC for assistance in the examination, treatment and operation of Huseyn Ismayilov. H. Ismayilov was treated in a private clinic after the application of the BEC PU and was sent to the Scientific-Surgical Center named after Academician M.A. Topchubashov for an accurate diagnosis.
