As reported, "International Society of Disabled People" PU (IPC PU) is implementing the project "Organization of medical, legal and psychological services for citizens belonging to vulnerable social groups" with the financial assistance of the State Support Agency for NGOs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. along with the solution of medical problems, psychological help was provided as necessary.

Project psychologist Ibrahim Asadli held another session today. He received Mazahir Musayev, an internally displaced person, who applied to BAC IB. 71-year-old Mazahir Musayev underwent 2 closed heart operations after a myocardial infarction and has been suffering from diabetes for many years. His wife has been on permanent disability since 2004. As of March 2021, his disability status has been revoked for no reason. Despite repeated appeals, it has not yet been restored. Ali Musayev, the eldest son of Mazahir Musayev, born in 1982, is a disabled person of the 1st group, a dialysis patient, and lives in prison. His son's wife and two teenage children live under Mazahir Musayev's care. M. Musayev, who is sick and elderly, is suffering from psychological stress due to so many problems. Ibrahim Asadli listened to him and gave necessary advice. As a result of the successful methodology of psychologist Ibrahim Asadli, Mazahir Musayev's condition improved significantly, and his tension was relatively relieved. The doctor also prescribed several herbal medicines for the purpose of treatment. Mazahir Musayev was also presented with an "Information book for privileged persons" published within the framework of the project for the purpose of raising awareness.
