On January 27, around 8:30 in the morning Baku time, an armed attack was made on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran. During the attack, the head of the security service was killed, and two security personnel were injured while preventing the attack.

We consider this a direct attack on the Azerbaijani state, the Turkish world, and the Islamic religion. Just as Armenians hide behind their churches and carry out their national chauvinist policy, Iran hides behind the Islamic religion and carries out its insidious policy of Persian chauvinism as brothers with Armenians. With this terror, Iran once again proved that the word Islam in its name exists only as a name. And in our opinion, it is the "Islamists" who cause the tearing and insulting of the Koran book, which has become more widespread recently.

States that pretend to be friends of the Turkic world are directly involved in this terror.
