As we have reported, with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "International Society of Disabled People" Public Union (ISC) "Our place of oath - Martyrs"! implements a project named During the project, a book will be published about our heroes who lived in Nizami district and Tartar district of Baku and died for the freedom of our homeland.

On the night of September 12 and in the morning of September 13, when the large-scale provocations committed by the Armenian armed forces in Dashkasan, Kalbajar, Lachin and Zangilan directions of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border were prevented, a total of 50 military personnel of the Armed Forces, including military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army and the State Border Service was martyred.

Among the martyrs is Ahmadzadeh Maftun Seymur oglu, a soldier of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces from the village of Evoglu, Tartar region, who has completed active military service, and was born in 1996. The body of our martyr was brought to the village of Evoglu where he was born on September 16. The head of the Karabakh Representative Office of the "International Society of Disabled People", the member of the Board of Directors of the "Turkish World Turan Think Center", the veteran of the Karabakh war, Hasanaga Bayramov, and other members of BACIB also took part in the celebration of the martyr and the organization of the funeral ceremony. The memory of Maftun and other martyrs who died for the freedom of our country is always cherished by our people. Our martyrs and veterans are an example of true heroism for future generations.
